Cisco has announced a big change and that is voice certification will be now termed as collaboration. Few of the major reason for making the change are that voice technology is not limited to voice but also include a wide array of technology like video calls etc. So, with the advancement in the technology Cisco has again upgraded its course content for imparting knowledge about latest technology, IP phones etc.

Know the perquisite of CCNP collaboration

For perusing your CCNP collaboration you need to take CCNA collaboration certification. However, if you are having CCIE certification from any of the track, then you need not have CCNA collaboration certification.  CCNA collaboration certification is the basic level of CCNP which is followed by CCIE collaboration.

  

Have a look on the CCNP voice certification

CCNP collaboration covers a wide array of topics and is basically divided into four module namely – 

300-070 CIPTV1 – the examination is of 75 min and there will be around 55 to 65 questions. In this module the candidate will be required to show his skills regarding unified collaboration solution, configuring Cisco unified communication manager etc.

   300- 075 CIPTV2 – the examination is of 75 min and there will be around 50 to 60 questions. . In this module your knowledge about Cisco expressway series, video communication server will be discussed.

300- 080 CTCOLLAB – the examination is of 75 min and there will be around 55 to 65 questions. In this module candidate’s knowledge about triage, troubleshooting, resources etc. will be checked.

  

300- 085 CAPPS – the examination is of 75 min and there will be around 55 to 65 questions. In this examination the candidate will be Cisco unity connection, Cisco unity express, Cisco prime collaboration etc.

CCNP collaboration certification is only available in a single language and that is English. Yes you can only take up this examination in English only.
